Solar Panels On Graves

We recently stumbled upon this new installment of solar panels in which a small town outside Barcelona, Spain has just installed solar panels on top of their cemetery. There are a total of 462 solar panels that can generate enough power to provide electricity for over 60 homes. I personally think that this should not have done simply because a cemetery should be a sacred place and not be used for other purposes but the coordinator of the project stated that this was a way for the dead to pay tribute to their generation by providing renewable energy. It’s kind of hard to argue with that but I still don’t like that whole idea.
