Inflatable Solar Panels!

I ran across this a couple days ago and thought it was pretty interesting and decided to share it with you guys. These are Inflatable Solar Panels created by IDC which is an English company. Now inflatable solar panels might put a big question mark in your heard seeing as how it’s the first of its type so below is a simple illustration on how this thing works.

 

So basically this is a very cheap alternative to those water heaters that run up your monthly bill. It is capable of heating up to 3 full tanks of water, making sure you don’t run out of hot water during a nice warm shower and the best part about this is that it pays back its cost in only six months which, in my opinion, is a great investment.

Also not only are you saving money but each one of these inflatablesolar panels that is purchased per house will stop the output of .2 tons of carbon dioxide every year!<span style=""mso-spacerun: ">  These have yet to be released but they are planning to make these available in the very near future for only $200.00 which is a small price to pay for something so useful.
