Ernst &young L.L.P. has a report on Monday,

In the most attrative renewable energy investment rank,China has come up to the fifth status.
This is because of the policy that china goverment planed out which is raising the proportion of renewable energy
to 15%.

In the ranks,UK has drop from 4th to sixth.
