Dear New Customers,

Thanks for your interest in our solar panels.A lot of new customers need samples from us before they place the bulk order.

In order to work more efficiently,We put together a list of the general questions that being frequently asked with answers:

1)Do you provide free samples,we will pay for the shipment cost!

Answer:We are sorry ,we don't provide free samples to our new customers,on the contrary,the solar panel sample unite price is higher than bulk orders.

2)Where can you ship the sample to?

Answer:Worldwide

3)What is the cost for the EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Answer:If you have a DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX account, you can contact them overthere for a quote and ask them to pick up the sample from us.Generally,we get a  much better price from our Forwarder here than you get from your local agent.So we will suggest you to send the delivery fee along with the sample money and we will arrange the shipment for you.

4)What kind of payment methods do you accept for the sample?

Answer:WesternUnion for T/T

5)How many days does it take for delivery to my warehouse?

Answer:It should be about 5-10days after payment is received

6)How do you pack the sample?

Answer:We use Polyboard to pack the sample to make sure your sample is in perfect condition when you receive it,please take a look at the picture below :
